I haven't been impressed with moombahton lately but this has all changed now, it's back! Producers like Pickster, Melo, Valentino Khan, Chris Hurst, Will Bailey and many others are keepin' it real and throwing some heavy bass 110bpm monsters right in our face! I got two amazing tunes for you guys. First is the latest release on Dim Mak Records from Datsik featuring Snak The Ripper who does an excellent job spitting bars on this tune. Obviously it as some major drops like every Datsik tune. Second one is a new track from Time, Krome and Doctor P. It's been a while since I've heard from Doctor P it the waiting was worth it. Make sure you don't skip this one cause it takes a very interesting turn around the end. Make sure to support all these artists if you want them to be able to continue doing what they do best.
Moombahton can be awful sometimes, when it first got introduced so did waves and waves of crap, which is why many people brushed it off immediately and want nothing to do with it. This right here may not persuade them to try it again but it is a pretty smooth track, if you're already a fan you should enjoy this. I like how it's built more like a traditional electro song with buildups and vocal breaks, unlike many moombah tracks that just add the same drum patterns to once solid songs.
The remix competition for Dada Life's Happy Violence is finally over, so we can give you Chris Hurst's awesome moombahcore remix! I absolutely love this remix, everything that Chris touches turns to gold! Dubstep, Moombahton, Electro, Progressive ...he just kills it! Show some love on his facebook!

This EP whole ep was pretty much made on the tour in europe. This Ep is about having fun again. Taking a break from the soul, and the core, and focusing back on making people shake their ass and have fun. I decided to go more electro on this one. On this ep, I have JWLS, J-Trick, Sluggo, Nerd Rage and MY man Crisis kid, join in on the fun.
1 "That Heartbreak". This track right here, is basically me having fun. If you ever seen me rocking out live, you know I am character. I decided to take elements of moombahton, and mix it with dirty south, and dutch house. I gotta little dance for this too.. This track is basically touching three crowds, the moombah crowd, the hood, and the house crowd.. its all about the bleepy shit right now.. so im just having fun and doing the heartbreak haha...
2. "Valley Girls" Influenced by the California girls, every other word was like, oh my god.. so I was like lets make a song called valley girls.. with some bleepy shit, and thats what he did.. just some futuristic, moombah with hyphy influence.
3. "Pimpin" Heartbreak & JWLS, I mean you can go wrong.. Big synths, soul samples.. hard kicks.. its a very unique track, but just two dudes going in on a beat...
4. "Bad Behavior" Made this in phoenix with my homies sluggo and nerd rage, basically moombahcore with a dancehall vibe, we took the best of what everyone did and rolled it up in blunt, and called it bad behavior.. designed to get the asses shaking haha
5. " Diving" This track was inspired by california and all the bass music, i basically took trance music, adding some kuduro elements, a little bit of juke, and just ran with it. its a weird ass track because its so much going on with it, but at the end of the day its about having fun
6. "Diving Remix" this is a remix my man crisis kid made.... after he heard my mix.. he did his own thing and the boy went in..
Tradition and family run deep in the Moombahton scene. The seasonal Moombahton compilations started by Munchi in the Summer of 2010 kicked off a tradition. As the seasons change a different Moombahtonista curates a compilation that takes a snap shot of the scene and the producers making noise at that time. David Heartbreak followed with the Fall Of Moombahton in 2010, DJ Melo with the Winter Of Moombahton in 2010, Lightning Eyez with the Spring Of Moombahton in 2011, and Munchi with Verano Del Moombahton in the summer of 2011. Pickster from Phoenix, Arizona has taken the baton and put together the Fall compilation for 2011.

They are hungarian twin brothers from the Budapest underground scene. They play a range of new wave Breaks, Electro, Dubstep, Drumstep, Drum and Bass, Moombahton and House. Generally the Dublic draw influence from Hip Hop and Funk elements and are known for their greasy re-edits and re-rubs which are used by the likes of Krafty Kuts, Stanton Warriors, Lady Waks, Dub Pistols, Dj Icey, KouncilHouse and the legendary hungarian DJ Palotai, among others.
Dublic started spinning vynils 5 years ago. In recent years they made a few dozens of re-edits and re-rubs with very positive listeners' reviews and they are also producing own tracks, however they haven't published them yet, but will do so in the very near future. They are co-organizers of a party-serie in Hungary called FutureMusic alongside with dj/producer Wondawulf and Dj Palotai. These events bring the newest styles and trends to Budapest, mainly starring dubstep producers, but for example one of the biggest names in moombathon, Munchi is also visited this club night in April. Personnaly, I'm more Moombahcore than Moombahton and I think his Moombahcore remixes/edits have more punch but I'll let you judge by yourself.
